Level Up Founding Member Application

I'm selecting three founding members for my 12-week Level Up Online Coaching Program. This program is designed for people who have a clear fitness goal, are ready to follow a structured plan, communicate consistently, track their progress, and put in real effort for the full 12 weeks.

Founding-member price: $450 total or 3 monthly payments of $150

Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. Applicants will be selected based on goal clarity, commitment, coachability, schedule, safety, and overall fit.
